Ingrid is a licensed interfaith minister as well as a lifelong student of Psychology and Philosophy with degrees in Sociology, Art, and Economics. Prior to becoming a mindset expert Ingrid choreographed fashion shows and served as Scout, Coach, and Master of Ceremonies for Miss Europe, Sweden. As a professional model Ingrid has appeared on television on The Tonight Show and Soul Train as well as in print, on runways, in commercials, and in music videos.
